Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required upfront. As each piece is a one-of-a-kind, custom creation, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
Packaging & Frames: Paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport. Frames are not included.

Turnaround Time: Please see the website banner for current lead times for the completion of your portrait. Expect portraits to take up to two weeks to be delivered. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.
