Interactive displays to get guests talking
Over the years of live painting, we’ve learned it’s all about involving your guests. If they can’t enjoy the magic of seeing the artwork come to life, what’s the point?
The Art-Cart is a creative hub that offers an interactive live art experience for your guests. We call it our studio on wheels! With a matching shelf to display illustrations, it seamlessly complements spring and summer themes.
The Gallery Wall setup features a sleek black metal frame and a glowing neon "Live Painting" sign, creating a striking focal point for evening and winter weddings or corporate events.

Three styles for you to choose from
Every celebration is a little different, so we paint in three styles, with our faceless designs letting us capture more of your guests and our portraits with faces adding a little extra detail.
Portrait
A true keepsake, these detailed portraits focus on facial likeness, emotion, and refined brushwork. Painted in luxurious watercolor on fine watercolor paper, these heirloom-quality pieces are thoughtfully packaged so guests can treasure them for years to come.

1-4 Artists to create stunning portraits
We have an incredible team of talented artists, meaning you can book as many as are available for your event. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we can cater to groups of all sizes.
An assistant to manage guests
Unique to Cupid & Co, we bring a separate assistant to manage the guest list and guide guests through the experience. When an assistant isn’t available, our artists allow extra time to ensure everything still runs smoothly.

Our signature set‑up is unlike anything else, a charming art cart and mini gallery wall that instantly draws a crowd. It becomes a talking point before the first portrait is even drawn.
Protective Packaging
Every portrait is a piece of fine art, so we package each one beautifully and securely to ensure it leaves your event looking its best.
Larger Portrait of Couple for Weddings
For bookings of 7+ hours, we include a larger‑scale portrait of the couple as a keepsake of the day.
