Terms & Conditions

• High-Quality Photos Required: We require all reference photos to be provided in advance. These must be high-resolution images; we do not recommend using selfies or photos taken at an extreme angle.

• Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required upfront. As each piece is a one-of-a-kind, custom creation, we do not offer refunds once work has begun.

• Packaging & Frames: Paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe transport. Frames are not included.

• Artistic Style: Our sketch-style portraits are designed to capture the essence of the subject but are not photorealistic. Please review the artist's portfolio to ensure the style meets your expectations before purchasing.

• Turnaround Time: Please see the website banner for current lead times for the completion of your portrait. Expect portraits to take up to two weeks to be delivered.  Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

• Revisions: As this is a custom piece, we do not offer revisions once the artwork is completed. Please ensure your instructions and reference materials are clear and accurate.

• Shipping: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping. However, we take every precaution to package your portrait securely. For extra protection, shipping insurance can be arranged upon request.
