Phillip & Zofia

For Phillip and Zofia’s early autumn wedding at Manor by the Lake, we created a stationery suite that reflects both their shared story and the blend of their British and Polish backgrounds. Deep greens and warm seasonal tones pair with a hand painted crest that incorporates Polish folk florals and British detailing. Bilingual text ensures all guests feel included, while small illustrations nod to their favourite memories together, including the jazz concert where they met, the lake picnic where Phillip proposed and their love of art, cooking and photography. Even their cat Luna appears as a subtle, charming detail.

On‑the‑day pieces follow the same theme, with menus that celebrate British and Polish dishes, floral framed place cards and an order of service presented in both languages. Autumnal textures and sustainable materials reflect Zofia’s values, while a discreet QR code links to the wedding website for easy RSVP. Music cards highlight both traditions and invite guests to join the Polonaise, bringing their cultures, families and shared interests together in a thoughtful and cohesive design.
